Keynote · Women, diversity & International Women's Day
Keynote speaker for women's events, diversity and International Women's Day
From a child fleeing war to a lawyer and serial founder in Munich. Sadia De Kiden speaks about self-determination, leadership and how AI can help women rather than harm them – for women's networks, diversity days and 8 March.

The idea
A story that inspires – and asks questions
Women's networks and diversity teams look for speakers who offer more than motivation. They want stories that move people and content that changes something.
As a child, Sadia De Kiden fled the civil war in South Sudan to Bavaria. Today she is a lawyer with three LL.M. degrees, an entrepreneur with 26 employees and founder of the Phönix Safe Exit Task Force. The City of Munich awarded her the Phönix Prize “From refugee to entrepreneur”. In Luxembourg she spoke at Heartseeds & Mic Dropz on “From flight to freedom – be your own shero”.
As a keynote speaker for women's events, she connects this story with topics companies care about today: leadership, artificial intelligence and protection against violence.
