Keynote · AI, compliance & liability
AI compliance keynote speaker
AI agents write reports, review contracts and trigger processes. Accountability stays with people. Sadia De Kiden, lawyer (LL.M.) certified in corporate governance & compliance, makes clear where liability lies – and what leadership has to settle now.

The issue
AI compliance is a board topic
Companies are deploying artificial intelligence faster than their rules can keep up. Assistants are becoming agents that act on their own. The question shifts from “What can the technology do?” to “Who answers for it?”.
The EU AI Act applies in stages. Among other things, it requires providers and deployers of AI systems to promote AI literacy among their staff (Article 4). From December 2026, the new EU Product Liability Directive explicitly covers software. Anyone introducing AI therefore needs more than a tool: they need clear responsibilities.
As an AI compliance keynote speaker, Sadia De Kiden combines legal expertise with hands-on business experience. She does not talk about science fiction, but about the gap between rule and reality – where systems fail in everyday work.
Key messages
What your audience takes away
Accountability stays human
An AI agent can act, but it cannot be liable. The keynote shows which decisions must remain with people and how to document them.
Compliance measures impact
A report does not prove protection. What matters is whether controls work in daily operations – not whether they exist on paper.
Prevention before reaction
Clarifying risks before deployment prevents crises later. Your audience leaves with questions they can ask the next morning.
A keynote is not a training course or legal advice. It does create the awareness that gets AI governance projects moving.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How long is the keynote?
The keynote on AI and compliance runs 45 to 60 minutes. For internal events there is a 30 to 50-minute short talk, for teams a half-day workshop. Panels and moderating are also available.
Does the keynote help with AI literacy under Article 4 of the AI Act?
The AI Act requires providers and deployers to take measures that promote their staff's AI literacy. A keynote does not replace training, but it works well as the opening of such a programme because it shows leaders why the topic concerns them personally.
Which industries is the keynote suited for?
Especially regulated industries such as pharma, medtech, banking and insurance – and any organisation introducing AI agents. For pharma there is a dedicated keynote on AI and GMP.
Is the keynote available in German or online?
Yes. Every talk can be booked in English or German – on site, online or hybrid, for example for international conferences and distributed teams.
What does a keynote cost?
The fee depends on format, length, location and how much tailoring is needed. You receive an individual proposal. If you have a budget range, feel free to state it in the enquiry form.
How does booking work?
Send the date, location and audience via the form. Sadia De Kiden reviews every enquiry personally. In a 30-minute briefing call you then agree on goals and focus, and you receive the proposal.
